Responsibilities

• –Prepare and serve cocktails, beer and wine to established recipes and standards.

• –Maintain a clean, organized and well-stocked bar throughout the shift.
• –Handle cash and card transactions accurately on the TOAST POS system.
• –Uphold responsible beverage service and all alcohol regulations.

Requirements

• –Prior bartending experience preferred.
• –Strong customer service skills and an approachable demeanor.
• –Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• –Familiarity with TOAST POS and basic math for transactions.
• –Must be at least 21.

• –Ability to work quickly and stay organized under pressure.

• –Prep ingredients, sauces and portions to daily par levels.
• –Follow recipes and prep lists accurately and efficiently.
• –Label, date and store product following FIFO and safety standards.
• –Keep prep areas, coolers and equipment clean and organized.
• –Support line cooks and restock stations as needed.

• –Kitchen or prep experience a plus, not required.
• –Strong knife skills and attention to detail.
• –Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation.

• –Wash dishes, glassware, utensils and cookware quickly and thoroughly.
• –Operate and maintain the dish machine and keep the pit clean.
• –Sort, stack and return clean items to their proper stations.
• –Take out trash and help maintain overall kitchen cleanliness.
• –Assist with basic prep and cleaning tasks as needed.
