Job Description:

Taste Cheesesteak Bar is seeking a dynamic Bartender/Server to join our team. As a key member of our establishment, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons.

Responsibilities:

Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent service throughout their visit.
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages and food items according to established recipes and standards.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring proper sanitation and hygiene practices.
Handle cash transactions, operate the TOAST POS system, and accurately manage customer bills.
Monitor and manage inventory levels, restocking supplies as needed.
Uphold alcohol serving regulations and ensure responsible beverage service at all times.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation during shifts.

Requirements:

Prior experience in bartending or serving roles preferred.
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Familiarity with TOAST POS systems and basic math skills for handling transactions.
Knowledge of beverage recipes and mixology techniques is a plus.
Must be at least 21.
